About Cartalax
Cartalax is a short-chain peptide bioregulator (Ala-Glu-Asp) from the Khavinson peptide family developed at the St Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology. It is the cartilage-specific member of that family, researched for chondrocyte proliferation, cartilage-matrix gene expression and connective-tissue maintenance in aging models.
Unlike growth-factor peptides that drive active repair signalling, bioregulators are studied for normalising gene expression inside their target tissue over short, repeated courses. Research spans articular cartilage, ligament, tendon and intervertebral disc tissue.
For active injury-repair research, Cartalax is commonly run alongside BPC-157 or the GLOW blend (TRI RISE), which cover the tendon and ligament repair arm.
