Frequently Asked Questions

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Sealed combo boxes and single vials ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–7 days for other locations. Tracking is shared via Telegram.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C or below. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within the timeframe specified in the product documentation. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. BAC Water can be stored at room temperature, protected from light.
No. All products are strictly for in vitro research and analytical purposes only. They are not approved for human consumption, therapeutic use, or veterinary applications. Purchasers must comply with all applicable regulations.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, and bank transfers. Payment is arranged directly with our team on Telegram after you place your order — no online payment processing required.
Yes. COAs are available for every product and can be shared upon request via Telegram. Each certificate includes purity data (HPLC), molecular identity (LC-MS), batch numbers, and testing lab details.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by messaging us on Telegram. Due to the nature of research compounds and cold-chain requirements, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us immediately if there's an issue with your delivery.
Add bacteriostatic water (BAC Water) gently along the vial wall — do not inject directly onto the powder pellet. For a common 5 mg vial with 2.5 ml BAC Water, the resulting concentration is 2 mg/ml (2,000 mcg/ml). Allow to dissolve at room temperature without shaking or vortexing. Use a low-dead-volume insulin syringe for accurate small-volume measurements.
The volume determines your final concentration. For a 5 mg vial: 1 ml BAC Water = 5,000 mcg/ml; 2 ml = 2,500 mcg/ml; 2.5 ml = 2,000 mcg/ml. More water per vial makes it easier to measure small doses accurately on a 100-unit insulin syringe. Choose the volume that maps cleanly to your research protocol's per-dose amount.
1 mg (milligram) = 1,000 mcg (micrograms). Published preclinical peptide dosing is commonly expressed in mcg/kg body weight. When measuring from a reconstituted solution, convert the dose to mcg, divide by the concentration (mcg/ml) to get the volume in ml, then multiply by 100 to read off units on a standard insulin syringe (where 100 units = 1 ml).
Most reconstituted lyophilized peptides are stable for 14–30 days when stored at 2–8°C in bacteriostatic water. Plain sterile water shortens this window. Unreconstituted (lyophilized) peptides last much longer when stored at −20°C and protected from light. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles once reconstituted.
"Research use only" means the product is sold solely for in vitro laboratory research, analytical testing, and scientific investigation. It is not approved, certified, or labelled for human or veterinary use. All purchases constitute an agreement that the buyer is a qualified researcher using the compound within a controlled laboratory setting in compliance with applicable regulations.
HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) separates and quantifies peptide content versus impurities. ≥99% purity means at least 99% of the sample is the target peptide — a pharmaceutical-grade standard. Below 95%, impurities can affect reproducibility and data reliability. All peptides stocked at PEPTIGRID are ≥98–99% HPLC verified with batch-level COAs available on request.
Price reflects origin, synthesis method, and QC depth. US brands like Peptide Sciences and Gold Bond Labs run multi-step per-batch QC (HPLC + LC-MS + identity testing) at higher cost. GMP-certified Indian manufacturers like Denik Pharm and Enhanced Pharma offer competitive pricing with equivalent documentation standards. All brands listed on PEPTIGRID are verified before stocking — the choice between brands reflects budget and sourcing preference, not a quality gap.
