Research Use Only
All products listed on PEPTIGRID are intended strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use. They are not approved for human consumption, therapeutic application, or veterinary use. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Intended Use
All peptides, research compounds, and ancillary products (including bacteriostatic water) available on PEPTIGRID are sold exclusively for research, laboratory, and analytical purposes. These products are not drugs, supplements, or food items.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing these products for legitimate research purposes and that you will not use them for human consumption, self-administration, or any therapeutic application.
2. No Medical Claims
PEPTIGRID makes no claims regarding the therapeutic, medicinal, or health-related benefits of any product listed on this website. Product descriptions, compound information, and any referenced studies are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health-related decisions.
3. Buyer Responsibility
Purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring that their purchase and use of products comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations. PEPTIGRID is not responsible for any misuse of products.
By completing a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to acquire research compounds in your jurisdiction.
4. Product Authenticity & Quality
PEPTIGRID sources products from verified manufacturers operating under GMP and ISO-certified standards. All vials are shipped in original, factory-sealed packaging. Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available upon request for every product and batch.
While we take every precaution to ensure product quality, PEPTIGRID does not guarantee specific experimental outcomes. Research results may vary based on handling, storage conditions, and methodology.
5. Ordering & Payment
PEPTIGRID operates on an inquiry-based ordering model. Orders are placed through our website and confirmed via Telegram or WhatsApp. We offer two payment modes, and the mode you choose at checkout determines your shipping fee and your advance-payment obligation.
- Full Prepaid (UPI / Bank Transfer): Pay 100% of the order value online before dispatch. Shipping is free anywhere in India on full-prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay 50% of the order value online in advance to confirm dispatch, and pay the remaining 50% in cash to the courier on delivery. A flat ₹270 COD shipping & handling fee is added to every COD order and is collected as part of the cash-on-delivery balance.
The 50% online advance on a COD order is treated as a dispatch confirmation and becomes non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except in the cases described in Sections 8 and 9.
All prices are inquiry-based and may vary. Final pricing, applicable shipping fee, and advance amount are confirmed in writing on Telegram or WhatsApp before dispatch.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped with appropriate insulated, cold-chain-aware packaging to preserve compound integrity. Delivery timelines vary by product type:
- Sealed combo boxes: Dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
- Single vials: Dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
Shipping fees: Free on full-prepaid orders. ₹270 flat fee on COD orders. There are no other shipping surcharges.
Tracking information is shared via Telegram or WhatsApp after dispatch. PEPTIGRID is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, customs, or any other circumstance outside our direct control once a parcel has left our facility.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch, by messaging us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your order ID. Once an order has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled under any circumstance.
- Prepaid order cancelled before dispatch: Full refund of the amount paid, processed within 5–7 business days.
- COD order cancelled before dispatch: Full refund of the 50% online advance, processed within 5–7 business days.
- Once shipped: Cancellation is not available. Refusing the parcel at delivery is treated as a failed delivery and is governed by Section 9, not by this clause.
Unboxing Video Mandatory for All Return / Refund Claims
A continuous, unedited unboxing video — starting with the fully sealed outer parcel and the courier label clearly visible, through every layer of packaging, to the product itself — is required for every damage or wrong-product claim. Without this video, no claim can be processed. Please record the video the moment the courier hands the parcel to you.
8. Returns & Refunds
Because peptides are temperature-sensitive research compounds, we are unable to resell any product that has left our facility. Returns and refunds are therefore limited to two specific situations:
- Product damaged in transit — broken vial, leaked rubber stopper, crushed box, lyophilised cake dislodged on arrival.
- Wrong product shipped — different peptide, different brand, different dose, or different vial count from what was ordered.
Mandatory proof. Every return or refund claim — without exception — must be supported by a continuous, unedited unboxing video that begins with the sealed outer parcel (courier label visible) and continues without cuts through every layer of packaging until the product is fully revealed. Photographs alone are not sufficient. Edited, cropped, or paused videos are not accepted.
How to raise a claim. Send the unboxing video, along with your order ID and photos of the damaged or incorrect item, to us on Telegram or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this 24-hour window cannot be processed.
Resolution. Once the video and photos have been verified, you may choose either a free reshipment of the correct product or a full refund of the product value plus shipping (refund timeline: 5–7 business days; see Section 9).
Not eligible for return or refund: change of mind, wrong address provided by the customer, refused delivery, claims raised without an unboxing video, claims raised more than 24 hours after delivery, temperature concerns where the vials and packaging show no visible damage, products opened or reconstituted before the video is recorded.
9. Refund Timelines & Failed Delivery
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of claim approval and are credited only to the original payment instrument (UPI ID, bank account, or card used for the advance). We do not refund to third-party accounts.
- Damaged or wrong product (with valid unboxing video): Full refund of product value and any shipping fee paid. Free reshipment available as an alternative at the customer's choice.
- Prepaid order, customer fails to receive (RTO / undelivered / refused): The parcel returns to us. We refund the product value minus the actual shipping & handling costs we incurred (forward leg + return-to-origin leg). The deduction is communicated to the customer in writing before the refund is initiated.
- COD order, customer fails to receive (RTO / undelivered / refused): The ₹270 COD shipping fee is non-refundable, as it covers dispatch costs that have already been incurred. The 50% online advance is refunded to your original payment instrument within 5–7 business days. Because the cash-on-delivery 50% balance was never collected, no further amount is owed by either party.
- Order cancelled before dispatch: Refer to Section 7 — full refund of any amount already paid.
"Failed delivery" includes any case where the courier is unable to hand over the parcel: incorrect address, customer unreachable on the registered phone number after multiple attempts, customer refuses the parcel at the door, or the parcel is returned to us by the courier for any other reason not caused by PEPTIGRID.
10. Customer Obligations
A successful delivery depends on accurate details and reasonable cooperation from the customer. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
- Provide a complete and accurate name, phone number, email, and delivery address. Errors in the address you submit are your responsibility, and any failed delivery caused by an incorrect address is governed by Section 9.
- Be reachable on the phone number you registered. If the courier is unable to reach you after reasonable attempts, the order is treated as a failed delivery.
- Inspect the parcel at the time of delivery and record the unboxing video as soon as the courier hands the parcel to you. Without this video, damage and wrong-product claims cannot be processed.
- For COD orders, keep the exact 50% balance plus the ₹270 shipping fee ready in cash for the courier on delivery.
- Store and handle the product correctly after delivery. Temperature excursions, mishandling, or contamination occurring after the parcel has been received are the customer's responsibility and do not qualify for a refund.
- Confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are purchasing strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use.
11. Privacy & Data
PEPTIGRID collects personal information (name, phone, email, delivery address) solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling orders. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties.
Order data is stored securely and used only for order management and communication purposes.
12. Limitation of Liability
PEPTIGRID shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased through this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, any adverse effects resulting from improper handling, storage, or unauthorized use of products.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for that specific order.
13. Changes to Terms
PEPTIGRID reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
